• Cart contents — items you add to your cart are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never leave your device until you place an order.
• Chat messages — conversations with our website concierge are processed by an AI provider to generate responses. Don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this site: hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and an AI provider for the chat concierge. Each receives only the data needed to provide its service.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
